Anagata Trihita Transport

By booking transportation services through www.anagatatrihita.com, WhatsApp, phone, or any official communication channel of Anagata Trihita Transport, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, or verified contact channels.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete booking information (name, pickup address, contact number, pickup date/time).

  • A booking is considered valid only after confirmation by Anagata Trihita Transport and receipt of payment (if applicable).


2. Payment

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, e-wallet, or any other method confirmed by our team.

  • Services are only guaranteed after full payment is received.

  • For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours before service), full payment is required immediately upon confirmation of availability.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Schedule Changes

  • Schedule changes must be requested at least 24 hours before pickup time.

  • All changes are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

  • Any rescheduling must be confirmed by Anagata Trihita Transport.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must be present at the agreed pickup location on time.

  • Dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly not allowed in our vehicles.

  • Anagata Trihita Transport is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings unless proven to be due to our negligence.


6. Company Responsibilities

  • We are committed to providing well-maintained vehicles and professional drivers.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

  • In the event of a service cancellation by us, customers are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule.


7. Insurance

  • Anagata Trihita Transport does not provide personal travel insurance.
    We recommend customers have their own travel insurance prior to using our services.


8. Prohibited Actions During Transport

The following actions are strictly prohibited during the ride:

  • Smoking inside the vehicle (unless permitted by the driver)

  • Consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs

  • Any form of harassment, threatening, or unsafe behavior

Violation may result in immediate service termination without refund.


9. Copyright & Website Content

  • All content on our website (text, images, logo, information) is the property of Anagata Trihita Transport and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use of any material may result in legal action.


10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Anagata Trihita Transport reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
