       A. HOTEL RATES :

• The rates for hotel or villas featured in Balitrips.com are valid for bookings on this website only not direct to hotel
• Displayed room rates are including breakfast, government tax and service charge, or unless stated otherwise.
• Room rates are quoted in IDR per room per night with minimum of one night stay, unless mentioned in the packages.
• If your booking has been confirmed but the room is not available on your arrival, we will find the option for you.  

      B. OTHER ACTIVITES : 

• The featured prices on Balitrips.com are valid for booking made through this website only.
• The prices are including of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• The proces for sighseeing tours or other activities are either per car per or person depend on the quoted packages
• Being an agent which deal with many suppliers such as : hotels, villas and other services providers,
  we can not guarantee the accuracy of all information displayed on this website.
  However, we are keen to gradually update the information.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY :

• Please read carefully the term and cancellation policy, as it may vary for each service provider
• Cancellation policy of each hotel is listed on the booking form, before proceeding the online payment.
• In case of refund, the total amount to refund is after deducting any aplicable fees and commissions charged by payment platforms.
• Refund for the online payment will be credited to your credit card which may take up to 14 days
• Instead of refund, we can keep your full deposit for other services or next visit booking
• If your trip is cancelled due to force majeure or disaster we will refund your deposit or payment in full amount
• If your trip is cancelled due to your flight delay, traffic jam or last minutes cancellation notice there will be no refund.

PAYMENT METHODS :

We accept the payment or deposit by one or the combinations of below methods :

1. Cash (IDR , USD, EURO)
2. Credit Card or Debit card (online or off line) in IDR
3. Wechat Pay or AliPay in IDR
4. Bank transfer (domestic or International) IDR or USD
5. Wise Transfer in IDR
6. QRIS (for local bank) in IDR
7. PayPal account in USD

Upon our confirmation, the guests can pay the balance on the spot (direct to the service provider).

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES:

• All bookings should be sent through our online inquiry form or instant booking form
• We will follow up your inquiry as soon as possible or we will let you know if we need more time
• To secure the booking we may need a deposit or full payment by online with credit card or PayPal.
• Cancellation fees may be applied as per service providers’ cancellation policy.
• As final confirmation, we will issue a service voucher to show at the activity location
• Otherwise, our latest confirmation email is also treated as a booking confirmation.

HOW TO MAKE AN INSTANT BOOKING :

     i). Hotels  Booking :

• Choose your preferable hotel with their room availability.
• Click the required date(s) by checking the boxes. Stay more than one night should be in continuous dates
• The total charge of room charge and required deposit will be automatically displayed.
• The required deposit may vary for each hotel or villas
• Complete your personal information with a valid email address and phone number to contact
• Then, you will be redirected to a secure page to proceed the payment with credit card
• After a successful payment you will receive emails for payment notification and hotel booking confirmation.
• The hotel booking confirmation should be handed to the hotel on your arrival.
• Unless full payment, hotel will collect the balance of payment as shown on the confirmation
• Any downgrading or upgrading of services should be settled directly to the hotel.
• Please contact us or fill the Inquiry form if you find no availability on your requested dates 

     ii). Tours or Other Activities Booking :

• Choose your preferable services available on the list of each activity.
• Enter the total of persons who would like to join the activities.
• The total charge and required deposit will be automatically displayed.
• The required deposit may vary for each tour or activity
• Complete your personal information with a valid email address and phone number to reach you
• Then, you will be redirected to a secure page to proceed the payment with PayPal or credit card
• After a successful payment you will automatically receive an email for payment notification and a booking confirmation.
• For the booking less than 24 hours, it is advisable to contact us either by phone, WhatsApp or Live chat for the availability
• The pick up and/or drop services may not be available for last minutes bookings
• If the booked service is not available on your arrival, we will be obliged to offer the option at similar grade, at least.
